To change your voicemail passcode, you will need to access the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Once you have logged in, click the Account tab. In the Change Your Password field, enter the new voicemail passcode that you wish to you ensuring that it is between 4 and 10 characters. Click the Update Account button.
Please Note: The voicemail passcode that you select will be the same password that is used to access the VoiSelect Customer Portal.
How do I record a voicemail greeting?
Dial 00# from the VoiSelect handset. Enter your passcode and press the # key (If this is the first time you've accessed voicemail, enter 1234 as the passcode and you will be prompted to select a new passcode.). From the main menu, you can press 2 to record your personalized greeting.
Can I restore a deleted voicemail message?
No, deleted voicemail messages cannot be restored when they are deleted from the handset. If a message is deleted online from the VoiSelect Customer Portal, the message will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
Can I receive email notifications when I have a voicemail?
Yes, you can receive an email with a copy of the voicemail message attached that can be replayed on your computer.
To receive voicemail messages via email, begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Once you have logged in, click Features and under Message Delivery Options, place a check next to Send Email message to and enter the email address to which the message should be delivered. From the drop-down menu, you will then need to select the format in which you wish to receive the message, As an Attachment or As a Link, and click the Apply button.
