To temporarily disable call waiting, press *70 from your telephone handset. Then dial the number you wish to call. When you finish your conversation and hang up, call waiting will be automatically restored.

How do I permanently disable/enable call waiting?

To permanently disable call waiting online, begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Click on the Features tab and under Call Handling Options, place a check next to Disable Call Waiting on all calls (for a fax or modem line). Click the Apply button. When you wish to turn call waiting back on, simply uncheck Disable Call Waiting on all calls (for a fax or modem line) and click the Apply button.

How do I set my call forwarding options if I disable call waiting?

If you have permanently disabled call waiting, you will need to access the VoiSelect Customer Portal to set up your call forwarding options. Once you have logged in, click Settings in the Features menu, and scroll to the Call Forwarding section. Then, click the On radio button in the Call Forwarding Busy Line field and enter the number to which calls should be forwarded when your line is busy in the space provided. Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

How do I enable/disable anonymous call rejection?

To disable anonymous call rejection, press *87 from your telephone handset. To enable anonymous call rejection, press *77.

Once you have logged in, click the Features tab and under Call Handling Options, place a check next to Do not accept calls from anonymous callers (no Caller ID). Click the Apply button. To disable the feature, simply uncheck Do not accept calls from anonymous callers (no Caller ID) and click Apply.

To enable call forwarding for all calls, press *72 from your telephone handset and enter the 10-digit phone number to which calls should be forwarded.

For specific calls, begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Click the Features tab and under Call Handling Options, uncheck the call forwarding condition that is selected. Click the Apply button.

How do I set up a speed dial number?

Begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Click the Speed Dial tab. For new entries, enter the Description, the Speed Dial Code (shortcut), and the Number Dialed (10-digits). Click the Update button.

To print the Speed Dial directory that has been entered, click the Print button.

How do I dial a speed-dial number from my handset?

To dial a telephone number using speed dial, press the keys on your telephone handset that correspond with the speed dial code entered online, followed by the # key.

How do I remove a speed-dial number?

Begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Click the Speed Dial tab. Select the entry that you would like to remove and delete all contents from the Description, Speed Dial Code, and Number Dialed fields. Click the Update button.
