How do I view my incoming and outgoing call records?

Begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. To view incoming call records, select the Call Activity tab and from the Call Type drop-down menu, select Incoming. Choose the dates for the incoming calls that you wish to view, and click the Search button. To view outgoing calls, from the Call Type drop-down menu, select Outgoing. Choose the dates for the outgoing calls that you wish to view, and click the Search button.


How can I download records of calls that I have placed and received?

Begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Follow the steps to view incoming or outgoing calls; however, for the Format Type field, select either Excel or CSV. Click the Search button. The call records will display in the selected format. You open the file with a program such as Microsoft Notepad or Excel and print, if desired.
